The short answer

What is BuytheWay?

BuytheWay is an ecommerce experience layer that turns product catalogues into shoppable vertical feeds while preserving the brand’s existing commerce flow. Shoppers can scroll products, inspect details, save, share and, where integrated, add an item through the store’s existing cart rather than entering a separate BuytheWay checkout.

One catalogue. A different way through it.

How it works

The catalogue stays the source.

BuytheWay changes the path through the products, not the facts attached to them. The feed is built from the brand’s catalogue material; product details and cart actions remain tied to the host store when an integration is in place.

  1. 01

    Start with the existing catalogue

Product imagery and available product information come from the brand’s own source. BuytheWay does not need to invent a second range of products.

  2. 02

    Give one product the screen

The experience presents products in a vertical sequence, allowing a shopper to pause on one item before moving to the next.

  3. 03

    Let the shopper respond

A shopper can open details, save an item, share it, choose an available variant where needed and continue browsing.

  4. 04

Return the add action to the store

In an integrated deployment, the chosen product and applicable variant enter the brand’s existing commerce flow. The store keeps its cart and checkout.

What changes

The discovery experience.

A conventional catalogue view can place many products in front of a shopper at once. BuytheWay creates a sequence: see one product, decide whether to stop, then move forward. It is another route through the same catalogue, built for looking as much as searching.

What does not need to be replaced

The entire ecommerce website, the product source, the host cart and the host checkout. The precise connection depends on the brand’s commerce setup; BuytheWay does not claim a universal platform integration.

Scroll it. Save something. Add it.
