This page covers the catalogue-preview form on the BuytheWay site. It does not describe a merchant’s own store, cart, checkout or customer records.
What the form collects
The form stores the work email and store URL you submit, the time of submission and a one-way network fingerprint used to limit spam. The raw network address is not stored with the request.
Why it is collected
The details are used to review the public store you sent and to respond about a possible BuytheWay catalogue preview. They are not sold or used to create unrelated marketing profiles.
How long it is kept
Submitted requests are scheduled for removal after 180 days. Expired records are cleared when the submission service processes a later accepted request. If we reply to your request, you can ask for earlier deletion in that conversation.
What the demo does not collect
The H&M catalogue experience is a product demonstration. Its bag is not an H&M checkout, and it does not place an order or collect payment details on this site.
